If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you purchased, you may return your unused product within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned un-used and be able to be resold as a new product again.
The customer must call us prior to returning the product(s) for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. If customer does not call prior to returning the item(s), the item(s) will be shipped back at customer expense.
Customer must place the product back in its original packaging and box if possible. Be sure to include all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty information. Please include a copy of your sales receipt, the reason for the return, the return authorization number that you were given when calling, and indicate whether you want an exchange, or refund.
We recommend (not required) that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insurance. This protects you in case the product is damaged or lost in transit. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost return shipments. Please send your returned items to the address on our "Contact Us" page.
Items should be inspected carefully for potential damage during transit. CountyFarmTack, LLC dba CountyFarmTack.com is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping.
It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage.
If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the original packing materials as well as the product(s). Notify us immediately so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the damaged merchandise. Do Not Refuse the product.
** Refusing product by the customer for any reason does not recuse the customer of re-deliver or return shipping costs. **
Product Return Information:
We do not accept returns for embroidered items, custom ordered products, sale items, clearance, closeout, or special order item.
We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges as these are charges that are incurred by the shipping carrier you chose upon placing your order and therefore is not refundable.
Returned item must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear. If an item is returned that is not able to be re-sold as new or past the 30-day limit, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Once an order has been shipped items must be returned according to this Return Policy. If the order has not shipped yet, the customer can receive a full refund of their order.
All out of stock items are placed on back order. If you wish to cancel a back order or choose not to keep your order on back order, it may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order is shipped except for custom orders.
Product variances and Color Options on website: Color choices can vary on nylon and leather products or could vary based on the time of manufacturer. Sometimes they may vary slightly from the photos that are on our website. This is based on different dye lots and time of manufactured. Customer is solely responsible for their safety while using our products.
Additional Information on Saddle Returns:
Saddles returned in what seems to us to be used condition, such as having horse hair, dirt, etc. will not be refunded. It will be customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipment back to the customer as well. We suggest you place a large sheet over your horse or saddle pad when trying out a saddle on your horse so that the saddle remains in “new” condition and can be resold as a new item if customer has to return it.
We do not accept returns of custom saddles under any circumstances once the order has been placed, even if order has not shipped, due to the manufacturer has already started making and preparing this saddle for your order. In the event a customer has to return a saddle, please place the saddle upside down in the original box and keep the cantle and horn protected with padding, stirrups should be wrapped and placed inside the saddle.
Also, we offer free shipping on some items, but we have to pay the shipping to you as part of a promotion we have going on for said items, in the event a customer returns this product, shipping will be deducted from the purchase price prior to issuing a refund.
